Heart Attack and Other problems

well I will try to make this brief guys.....I need prayer... I...I have nothing....save God and my boyfriend...
Last night...after not sleeping for the past four days (maybe 3 hours a night), I also had not eaten for 24 hours..the only thing I had to drink that day was red bull (about 3 of them)....my boss was yelling at me for work (i'm quitting monday after eight years of working there...that's prayer in itself and will be addressed in another post...this first)
so i came home, extremely depressed and numb. (meaning that is when I can most easily kill myself...) well my boyfriend, Matt managed to get me to sit down and talk. After talking I found that i couldn't stand and started to have a panic attack. From there I went down hill.
I became disorientated, heart was at 93 bpm, (matt's in the medical field), shaking, hard to breathe, hard to talk, hard to swllow and face was drooping. he almost took me to the hospital but I convinced him to let me stay home. I finally fell asleep at 2:30 AM (actually I lost consciouness). he said for about half hour more my heart rate stayed up and my breathing stayed erratic. He stayed up until I was stable.
He told me this morning (I don't remember much of last night) that he thinks I possibly had a minor heart attack and hear a stroke (my face was drooping on one side and I also losing strength in one hand)...
there is more to this..but i'm too tired...i'm eating soemthing right now (it has been forty hours)...please pray...please...

I am by no means a professional in the medical field, but I really think the problem you had was caused by your lack of sleep and lack of food. The body needs protein and sustenance to stay strong and sleep to stay rested, and having an energy drink to keep yourself moving when you have such a huge lack of sleep is not a good idea.
As for the heart problem, did you have any major chest pains? Numbness in your left arm, etc.? I'm not as sure that what you had was actually a heart attack or stroke as I am that it could have been your body reacting to a severe lack of sleep and food, not to mention an energy drink on an empty stomach. I would still strongly advise going to the hospital to have some doctors check you out, however. If you did happen to have a heart attack, they'd need to get to work on it fairly quickly to prevent further damage. Praying for you.

Drink some water. Not soda, not Gatorade, but water. I'm serious. Dehydration can do such things to you. Take it from somebody who's been to the ER for it before.

I don't think you're having a heart attack. It's more likely a panic episode, especially the kind where your heart starts racing like crazy and it's difficult for you to breathe. Most people who suffer from panic attacks get the impression that it is instead a heart attack that they are experiencing when the attack is triggered, especially because they're losing control.
I agree with what others have said. You need to get some food and water, with maybe some juice, into your system again. When your body doesn't have enough fuel to run on, it totally affects your mind as well as your mood.

yea...having a massive panic attack along with no food or sleep would probably make it seem like i'm having a heart attack...i'm not trying to over react but i do not want to simply dimiss it...i'm having arm and chest pain..which is a key sign and my face was drooping so i'm just trying to be careful...should i go to the hospital..even though I'm twenty? they may dismiss it as a panic attack but it also does not mean i CAN"T have a heart attack...just don't know what to do

According to my biology professor, it's possible to have a heart attack at 20 in the society we live in, where there's so much evil trans fat floating around. It's possible, it happens, but it's rare...
Either way, I have two things to say: first is that prayer is good for you because stress is bad (Stress can lead you to illness due to the cortisol that your body generates in an attempt to deal with stress)
Secondly, you should tell your doctor about it. Prayer's good, but so are professionals.

Still praying for you, friend.
Go see a doctor. At least get yourself checked out. You probably need IV fluids--you sound really dehydrated.
When I don't get enough rest, I have seizures--so I understand what stress/lack of sleep can do to your body. God will take care of you.
Go see a doctor, rest up, and refuel yourself (both with physical food and with the Word). Take a break and take care of yourself. We all need to sit back and recuperate now and then. Our bodies are not made to go like that.
Keep us updated on how you're doing, ok?

Praying for you.
See a doctor immediately. If you're are hesitant due to lack of resources I understand, but God provides. And if you think that's easy for me to say, although I have some health insurance I was recently living from day to day on my paycheck until I just received a financial blessing from God. Seek God's Kingdom, see a professional, and we'll all be praying for you.
"Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress.
He sent forth his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave." - Psalm 107:19-20
"But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed." - Isaiah 53:5

You should've done that from the very start.
I hope everything is ok with you, but PLEASE go to the emergency room NOW.

I'll be praying. And yes, while it could very well be panic attacks, the best thing is to get it checked out. PLEASE take Beau's advice (as well as the advice of everyone else telling you to see a doctor) and go get yourself looked at.
And if you can't update, please have your good friend update for us; we're all worried and praying.

Update:
went to the hospital via ambulance...
o2 was a little low, pulse a little high, bp normal. low fever
blood test normal, chest xray normal...however they didn't have me hooked up to o2 or a monitor in the ER..I didn't have the best doctor..he claims its just the flue however the symptoms they tell you to return if you have them, well over half are what i went in for in the first place...so go figure...
so i'm just gonna say whatever..if i happen to have a heart attack or stroke..i'm not going back in until then...still having erratic breathing and chest pain...all of which they ignored since i'm young and my bp was normal

Update:
chest pain still....my ER doc pretty much ignored all that i told him and even asked me if I was sober (Which i understand but still..) When i told him i had a panic attack and it was my frist one he said "well how do you know if you haven't had one?" I said, "Because I loooked online and according to my fiancee I had all the symptoms listend..but I don't remember"
They didn't have me hooked up on monitors so they weren't even checking my heart and I waited four and a half hours for them to tell me he thought it was the flu...I still disagree..

That stinks. He's not inside your body; he should be listening to how you feel.
I wonder if anyone else has dealt with non-listening doctors/medical staff. I once told this nurse before she took my blood pressure that I was a little nervous (because I noticed the machine had a heart rate monitor on it and my nervousness would be quite obvious then) and she was all, "Well, we all get that way when we go to the doctor." So after the reading was taken, she looked a little puzzled and was like, "Your heart's racing; are you nervous?" *face palm*
And then there was the time when my mom was having a drug interaction problem and the ambulance people said she was having a panic attack. Um, hello? She went to the allergist, had several different creams on during the day (including numbing cream), and then she took a Singulair. I HIGHLY doubt that she'd be having a panic attack. And, they didn't listen to what our neighbor was telling them about what had happened that day. Thank God that she was fine after a while and didn't need to go to the emergency room.
Were there any other doctors in the ER who could have possibly given a second opinion or something? The "weaker left side" thing has me a little suspicious that they should be paying more attention.
Regardless, I'll still be lifting you up in prayer; Jesus is the ultimate doctor.

there wasn't...the doctor was a real donkey if you get my meaning...
he wasn't listening to me at all...was just like oh your fine, it's just the flu...
I'm like..no disorientation, weaker side, chest pain, raising heart beat...that's not "just" the flue...plus fever, "I never get a fever...ever!"

2nd Cor. 12:9 says,
"But he said to me, "My Grace is sufficent for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness."
God wants us to trust Him no matter what....to lean on Him for our strength when things go down hill.....Cuase when we are weak and relying on his grace, then we are truly strong.....
U still have my prayers.....
