Pray for a friend who's coming home

This is a bit long, but bear with me, it's important.
A good friend of mine whom I consider like an older brother (he's even the one who got me into anime) is coming home after spending several months living in Florida with his girlfriend.
He met her via MySpace, went down there a couple times to visit. She even came up for Otakon last year. She's a really nice girl, and both of them are Christians. They seemed perfect for each other. So early last fall he left to go and live with her. They intended to get married sometime soon.
But the major problem was that she has some severe emotional issues involving depression, fear of abandonment, poor self-image etc. and it got so bad that life together became a daily struggle on both sides. So he finally told her he would be leaving to go back home soon. She of course took it pretty hard, which didn't make it any easier.
So the obvious question now was "where would he stay when he got back?" He called his parents' house. His dad answered. His relationship with his dad has never been smooth, but he found himself pleading with his dad to let him stay there nonetheless. Praise God, his dad said, "This is your home, you are my son. Come home as soon as you like. I'll pay your way and you don't need to pay me back." That's a real blessing. He said the first thing he's going to do when he gets back will be to sit down and talk with his father and really patch things up.
When he told me all this a few minutes ago I asked if he would be okay with me posting his story in the CAA Prayer Room. Or if he'd just like to join and post it himself. He said he's busy with a lot of different things, packing and whatnot, so I could do it. But once he gets home he'll probably join CAA.
So, please pray God's peace over him, as well as a safe return. Keep the girl in Florida in your prayers as well. As I mentioned before, she's not dealing very well with the prospect of his departure, and with her emotional issues plus the fact that she has 2 children of her own, well . . . just pray for her safety from harmful demonic influences.
God bless you all, and thank you.
