I am mildly amused that I can now say my two closest friends (excluding family) are older men with criminal records.

Anyway, one of these friends (a Christian) went through a rough patch a while ago and was arrested for possession of illegal drugs. He has since come clear of that and intends to stay clean, but he has a court case coming up on the 10th, so please pray that that goes well.

[i]Two vast and trunk-less legs of stone stand in the desert. Near them, on the sand, half sunk, a shattered visage lies. Round the decay of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare the lone and level sands stretch far away. On the pedestal these words are inscribed:

“My name is Ozymandias, king of kings:
look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!â€

Darkness exists the prove the purity of souls. Criminal records or not, who else have not sinned before. Sadly, in today's society, it is often for people to look down at those who has criminal records with prejudged eyes. When no one can accept them for the sin they have commited, how can one expect them to love others and to reform?

I'll be praying, but if don't mind me asking, how long ago is "a while ago"?
