CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

Things have been pretty hectic for me lately...
I've been getting constantly attacked with thoughts of lust, i've been doing a poor job of resisting....I have a terrible addiction to the stuff, something i'm not proud of..i want to stop so bad but it seems impossible, the temptations keep getting worst...I feel like such a scumbag..


Also i would like some prayer for my dad as well, i used to hate him so much but about 5 years ago i learned he contracted HIV, i haven't heard from him in 2 years..and i fear for the worst...i never really got along with him but he's still my dad, and i don't want him to die..please pray for him...

I've tried my best to keep in high spirits, but it feels like a part of me, rots away everyday...

Praying for you sky....I hope you can pull away from your temptations, and I'll pray for your dad and hopefully you can contact him and hopefully he's alright....praying....just try to stay in high spirits

You have my prayers skylander....There was a time where I thought I never would be free of my lust....But God has helped me to cut it off of me...If you ask him to help u, he can do the same for u......

I pray you dad is alive and doing ok. Who knows? You may be able to get back in contact with him. I pray everything works out in God's will.

Lifting you up, my brother. Like Danderson said, God has the power to deliver you from these temptations. But even if you do stumble, remember God still loves you and hasn't let go of you. The Bible tells us that if we walk in the light, Jesus' blood cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:7). Any way you look at it, God is bigger than our struggles.
