I suppose this is more of a praise then a prayer request? I dunno, call it what you will~

So I have a friend named Kat and I've known her for three years; this year both of us run anime club(yay!). In the beginning of September, we started having conversations about religion and all that good stuff and I just listened to what she had to say.

She grew up in Catholic school, loving God, and when she got to the real world she became an atheist; she was wiccan for a few years and then stopped because she lost her box of stuff(this was during her freshman year when I met her. A coincidence maybe? o.o).

We've been having great conversations over the past couple months:thumb: and God's been putting the right words in my mouth(seriously, it's all God. I tried to start up a conversation on Thursday and it just didn't work, XD). One day, we hadn't had a conversation and she said, "Hey! We haven't talked about religion today. We have to continue our tradition!"

So that was pretty awesome(and surprising) right there.

After two months of daily talks, she now says she's agnostic(progress!). Two weeks ago, I talked to her about Jesus over a period of two days and at lunch on the third day I was asking her what she thought about God and this girl at our table decided to chime in with her "The Bible is fabricated" and "Christians are wrong" talk.

Then Kat said, "NO NO NO! WHAT SHE SAYS MAKES SENSE! LISTEN TO HER!(to me) Tell her the thing about how it's all about the message!" I gathered that as her defending my faith(in a way).

And then the other day she told me that she talked to God during English class and felt "light and happy."

This has been an awesome experience. I know that God is working in her heart, so please pray that conversations continue to take place~

I'll pray that your friend keeps seeking after Christ and that the Spirit of God keeps lifting her.

So today she told me that she's "seeking God." Awesomeness~!

That anger is still holding her back though. She told me that when she starts thinking about Christian things she gets flashbacks of Catholic school. Can you guys also pray that this anger will eventually go away? Thanks~

Whoa--are you like an alternate me or something? I have a friend that's like all of that--she was once a Christian, then turned pagan, and now she's an atheist. I told her I'm a Christian and stuff and we talked (only a few times) about religion and stuff.

That's great. I'll pray for her.
