Not feeling like a real Christian

I do not feel like a Christian right now. My mind is focused on other things: college, career choice, wanting to be with someone, etc.

I don't feel like reading the Bible or doing much stuff in Christianity. I don't think I'm growing. Will someone please pray for me, that I will be on fire for the Lord?

Or that I'd come back to Christianity?

PLease pray, I don't know what to say right now. I am looking at the world worries and pleasures, but not for God. Please pray.

I will pray, but please make time for God, often we choose not to spend time with Him and our walks falls apart. We stop wanting to read our bibles, we get complacent. The only way to change that is to spend time with Him. Make the choice to have a quite time, either before you goto bed or wake up. It will really help your walk. The Bible says to seek first the kingdom of heaven and all these things will be added unto you. Also I can tell that you are concern. Another thing to think about, is that we don't naturally seek God, He puts it in our hearts to seek him.

Will be prayin....
I know what it feels like having too much in your life to the point where God is almost thrown out of the picture...What you gotta aim for is making him apart of those everyday things...
Also, if you've already accepted Christ into your life, then you can't really unbecome a christian...You can stop acting like a christian, but it's real hard to do for a long time...

Lifting you up, my brother. Remember, it's not how you feel that defines your relationship with God, but what Jesus did on the cross and if you trust in Him for your salvation. And like creed4 said, be sure to make time to spend in the Bible and in prayer. I know that with all the stuff in life, it can be tough. But if you can even begin to find 5 or 10 minutes here and there to slip away and talk to God, I think you'll start to notice a difference in your life.
