CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

Unfortunately, this is one of my fisrt posts... I just joined CAA not too long ago... I'm yet to write a who's who post, but I just haven't had the time.

Today I found out from my dad (my parents live in the UAE currently) that my mom has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Thankfully it is still in its early stages. They are going to surgically remove the cancerous tissue next week. I would really appreciate it if you could keep her in your prayers not only for her physical health, but also for her spiritual health and her salvation. She is muslim you see (I accepted Christ about 6 years ago)... And pray that God my speak through me whenever I talk to her...

Quick update... She had a CT scan on Tuesday... Today (Thursday that is) is surgery day... she'll be having it around noon UAE time... please be in prayer for her...

ok... so quick update... my mom had her operation yesterday (a full mastectomy)... it went well... they're gonna do some further tests to make sure that there are no other cancerous tumors anywhere else... so Hopefully all goes well...

Hi all again... just wanted to update this again... So my mom has been recovering from the surgery. The doctor removed the draining tubes about 1 week ago. Since then she's been doing exercises to restrengthen her left hand...

So here's the hard part... apparently the tests that they took showed 4 possible minor suspect variations in the liver. So, they're goona have to do chemo. Not sure how often or for how long. They're alos traveling to Lebanon, my home country that is in a state of political and economical unrest. So please pray for my parents, especially my mother, and my brother who is also in Lebanon.
