I'm so sorry to hear what you are going through. God's will is perfect though, and we can trust that He has your family's best in mind, for however things turn out. I know it probably doesn't seem like it, but it is nonetheless true.
I actually just lost my father 3 weeks ago, so I have an idea what you are going through. I only knew one of my grandparents - all but the one passed away before my parents were even married (and I'm the third child). My grandmother passed away in 1995, and I wasn't all that close to her.
My dad had Alzheimers so at least we could be semi-prepared for the loss. And we lost my uncle (my dad's older brother) only a week before my dad, and he was experiencing what your grandpop is, as well as many other things. Him we weren't quite so prepared for.
But we know that God is in control, and we also know that my dad is enjoying paradise now. God gave me confirmation of that. He always has our best in mind. Your family will be in my prayers.

Seems like both of us aren't doing well. My Grandpa is dying too apparently. His heart is shot and he's really low on blood, but they can't do a transfusion or he'll go into a lethal coma. Please pray for him too. I've prayed for yours.

It can be painful losing a relative. Both my grandmas have passed on, and one of my grandpas' is in the hospital right now.

I'll be praying.

Awww...so terribly sorry. I will pray. I'm hoping everything goes out well soon. If your grandad dosen't make it, don't worry. He'll be safe in God's loving arms. Promise.

okay. heres a tiny update.

i went to see my grandpop today because i got a call when i was at a rehearsal saying that me and my mom needed to see him as soon as we could because his heart is weak and he's having trouble breathing and he might go soon. so i went to see him and i almost wish i didnt. he was jerking uncontrolably and staring at the ceiling. he could barely talk. all we could understand was a few things such as "sarah." (which is my mom's name), "jimmie" (which is my dads name) "yeah", "sing" (because he wanted my mom to sing to him), "stay", "i love you", and "go away" and i thought i heard "jesus" and "i want to go. thats all i asked. its all i asked. i want to go." but i'm not sure if thats what he said. and then i saw him cry.

hes on life support. i have a feeling my mom is going to wake me up tomorrow with "grandpop passed away last night"

but i got to tell him that i loved him and i got to tell him goodbye. he smiled alittle when he saw me. i felt so bad. i wish i could make him better. i didnt want to leave him. i wanted to be there when he died. my dad couldnt stay. but me and my mom did. my mom sang hymns to him and he just stared up at the ceiling. he was jerking so bad his oxygen mask was falling off and i kept having to put it back on.

he looked so helpless.
i hope he goes soon.

Miss Fairy, I understand from experience what you are going through. Remember not to lose your trust and faith in Christ...it can lead down roads that will harm and destroy you. I will be praying, and feel free to talk to me anytime for advice, comfort, or support.
