Horrible thing happened!

Some of you may know we've recently moved into a new house.
Last night, something happened that I don't understand pertaining to a water pipe leaking or something...

We came home from church today and water was pouring out of the ceiling and air vents. We've gotten buckets to catch the water. It's poured all over papers and phones and we don't know what we're gonna do to fix it.

Sorry to hear that Jack. Perhaps you could reach a plumber by using a neighbor's phone?
