Work issues: take #... I lost track.

Alright, everybody... I messed up big time.
I had to call my District Manager at work yesterday to explain a pretty major and brainless mistake (I'll go into detail through PM, if anyone wants to know what I did) that I made a month ago... needless to say, he was angry. So angry, in fact, that I could hear it seething through each breath he took while he was on the phone with me. I'm pretty sure that, since I know he's wanted my boss to get rid of me in the past, my time at Blockbuster in drawing to a rather rapidly drastic and involuntary close.
Earlier that day, however, one of my friends tipped me off on an administrative position at his workplace that was recently opened, so I called his employer and things went pretty smoothly. I have an interview with him today, so I'm really hoping that I get the position, especially because of the incident that occurred in the above paragraph.
Could you pray for me in these areas?
