Friends badly need prayer

Yesterday I found out some rough stuff about two of my friends.
Before we go on, I apologize for the awkward way parts of this are phrased. I've been told these things in confidence, and even though nobody else who knows any of the people in question reads this forum, for some reason I'm incredibly paranoid about something accidentally slipping out somehow, so I'm not even using gender-specific pronouns.
One friend has been sick for a few days, but I found out yesterday that they may actually be much sicker than I knew, and that they may be in grave danger, and that they're refusing a treatment that could help them for reasons I don't know.
Another friend has been horribly hurt and betrayed by someone close to them, and they don't see any course of action that won't lead to more hurt for them and the people they love, and they need courage to do the right thing.
I'm sorry I can't say more than that. Please, please pray.
