I'll definitely pray for you. Try just taking time out whenever you can to pray or read scripture. It will give you strength against temptation.

I know how you feel. Sometimes I get discouraged at how, like Israel, I continue to fail God. But take heart:

"No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it."

Don't forget that sometimes, things won't happen straight away^^ Things take time... And sometimes, time IS a good thing because although people wish that things could happen right away, comes a time of development and growth that can be achieved to get to where you want^^ Because just don't forget: God's time... can be so much different than ours... Even when it doesn't feel like it sometimes, He works in us^^

Remember also that God may be working in you in ways that you do not perceive yet. I find that my vision is so much more clouded when I am trying to look at myself. That is one of the reasons why it is so important to be surrounded by fellow believers.

Thanks, you guys. y'all have been giving great advice. I'm learning more and more theses days how important a sense of optimism is.
Btw: Good news! About a week or so ago, i went to the local newspaper to see if they had any openings, volunteer or otherwise. They said they'd give me a call. Well, as they days passed by, i figured i was all but forgetton, then today they gave me a call! I wanna be a writer, so i'm figuring if i can work there, it will really help me out. I'm coming to realize that things really are worth waiting for. this really calls for some praise. and a little prayer. can't let this get to my head. XD well, thanks again guys. take it easy

Sounds like a great opportunity there^^ But of coruse you weren't forgetten, God totally remembers each of us^^ And well, He sure can surprise us when we don't expect it sometimes, too!
