Some hard times
Lately I've been having a rough time in general. I've been stressed out a lot, my grades are slipping (in fact, I'm actually failing math, and I've never made below a 78 on a report card), and I've been struggling through some spiritual things. It's amazing how much your spiritual life can affect everything else, you know... I just need prayer. I haven't felt close to the Lord lately, and I've been TRYING to grow, but I just don't have the motivation to sit down and pick up my Bible and read, or to pray regularly, but I want to have the motivation and the want-to, I just can't seem to do that. I want to stop worrying about my faith, whether I'm saved or not, and such as that. I want to be a strong Christian, but Satan seems to have other plans for me. I ask that you pray for me. Thank you.

Seems like I just said this to somebody else with this same problem, but you might use this, too.
Keep living each day. Keep praying, even if you are not sure why.
Keep getting up each morning, even if you don't know what for.
Keep going to class. Keep doing the homework. Keep talking to the teacher. Keep reading the material.
It's not a question of studying harder. Just keep reading the material and doing the problem sets.
One foot in front of the other. Each day.
Get sleep without distractions and eat well. Each day.
Even the biggest floods and the winds of the hurricane cease in time.
We are praying for you.
