Dear Friends,

Plaese pray for those who lost their lives in the severe weather in the mid-west of the U.S.

There have been 6 deaths so far, there was a F2 or F3 tornado that went from one county then skipped over the Mississippi River into Ill. then back into Ky.

Just pray for those families and those who had been flooded out of their homes.

It was just the 2 days. Got a lot of rain after that, so some lower lying areas saw short term flooding. It stayed reasonably clear that end of this week so the big river (barbeque) festival got off with only a light sprinkle. This was good, since the members of our church (75 of them) made about 200+ pies to sell. They called their booth "a slice of heaven." Tacky I know, but they made over $2000 for the family of a girl with lots of medical work going on.
