Please pray for God's will concerning my job

Hi, just wanted to real quickly ask for eveyones prayers concering an issue where I work. I work as a sales clerk at a Poultry processing plant, but the place where I work has...issues...keeping someone in our cooler pickup position, and I am often shoved into that job when they are between people or whatever because I'm the only one in our department who knows how to do it. It's very hard work, physically demanding, and as a female, I have difficulties doing it, but the higher ups at my work don't care. There was this kid that was doing it until today, his name was Karl, but he was fired this morning for whatever reason ( I didn't ask, it wasn't my business), so please pray that our HR department finds someone for this position ASAP, and also keep me in prayer. I hate my job, but God's got me there for his purposes, so I'm trying to look at it positively, which is hard when your back, neck, and wrists hurt on pretty continual basis, as well as horrible sinus tension headaches.
