In need of prayer

My family is moving and we have been trying to find someone to buy our house for quite a while. We may have someone who wants to buy our house, but he is unsure about it. He's going to speak to his mortgage broker about it tomorrow. He's praying about it, as are we. We are really desperate to sell our house and he is desperate to get a house. Please pray for God's hand in this. Thankies.
