Family Requests

Postby RubyJewelStone » Sat Mar 11, 2006 3:56 pm

I have a few requests for my family.

  • First of all I want to pray for my mom since she is going for her interview on Tuesday. (She's in the process of getting her citizenship)
  • My dad. He's says he's a Christian but doesn't exactly act the part and he can be extremely disagreeable which causes me to dislike him.
  • My backslidden siblings.
  • My parents and me. My eldest sister lost her battle to breast cancer the fall of last year. It's still hard to grasp and frankly...hurts. It's bittersweet. She was in pain and she was a Christian, so I know it was for the better.
  • And, of course, myself in general

I'll remember your family in prayer, and especially regarding all of you in dealing with the loss of your sister. Cancer is such a difficult struggle for not only the person with it but for the person's loved ones. My family has dealt with cancer several times. But praise God your sister was saved. That's a truly comforting thing.

I'll be praying. :thumb:

Sorry hear about that....

I will definitely keep you and your family in my prayers. I can understand how tough things can be at times. I really hope things work out for y'all.
