Prayer for wisdom.

Hmm... Ever get those feelings where you're kinda directed away from one choice to do another thing, but you barely notice it?

Yeah, probably not as that question probably didn't make much sense.

Anyhow, I was planning on spending a few hundred dollars on new air-powered guns to play with and keep animals out of my garbage cans on garbageday, and today I got completely different feelings. I've decided that I want to make a Christian site; a haven similar to CAA for people of a different fandom (that fandom is a secret for now).

However, as I pondered this, I began to realize more and more things. For one, if I do this, I want to make something spectacular, something that can truly work for God. This means I will need a staff, but where I would find qualifying staffers for what I have in mind seems to be a daunting task in and of itself.

I have also gained a strange ammount of respect towards CAA's actions against my actions by thinking things over... I see now that the goal of such a site is to be open to those who embrace a wide array of beliefs and standpoints. Now that I'm looking at things from this angle, it does take on a new form... One that requires more wisdom than I originally perceved.

And that's what I'm asking for... wisdom in these decisions that are starting to sprout in my mind... especially concerning money and when/how to use it. I realize that going out and buying a life-time VBB licence tomorrow probably isn't the best of ideas, nor would it be a good idea to spend so much on a domain name and hosting. Still, how to start this remains somewhat of a mystery...

So basically I'm asking for prayer for guidance. Lord willing, these ideas can benefit the Kingdom.

Do what you can, buy only what you need. Take small steps in that direction and if it really is the right path, it will open before you and you won't have to worry about these things. Try it and see.
