prayer for leadership

Fellow brothers and sisters in Christ,
I have heard many dishearted things that have been happening in our land and our site. I ask that you keep our nation in our prayers and for certain people who have decided to hurt others on this site for there own reasons. People have been hurt, and things have been said. It is very disturbing and appaulling of what I have heard. Let us remember of the reason why we are here. It is for Christ, and not for anything else. Even though this is called Christian Anime Alliance, the most important thing in this site is the Building of others spirits, not dash there moral! We are to treat each other as we will in heaven, and fighting and bickering is just a waist of time. Also, in our nation, I would like to lift up our leaders, who are doing the exact same thing. Arguing and allowing this nation to be split appart. WE CANNOT DO THIS! I don't care who you are, or what your ideas are, DON'T ACT LIKE CHILDREN!
I know that what I said is out of line, but I belive it had to be said. If someone dose not like what I have written... I am sorry for hurting your feelings and making you mad. I don't want to cause anymore dissention at this site. I have found it a home, and a place to nurture my belifes. I love this place, and I always will, but if need be, I will leave here (the site) or america if either of these two problems persist! Please, pray for this nation and for this site. Both are in need of healing.
In Christian Love,
C. Wilson

I can't say I've seen the problems the site has had, but I wholeheartedly agree that prayer is needed for this site and our nation's leaders (I assume you mean the US). This isn't because of any specific problems I see with the site or our nation's leadership, but I believe that leaders and things that concern us should be prayed about regularly. I will join you in praying that our leaders be blessed with wisdom and guidance from the Lord and that they follow Him, that this site continue to be blessed with a great community, and that problems that arise here be healed.

The whole World is in the need for healing...
But I'm deffinately praying, and I BIND strife, as well as deception here.
Amen, I shall pray!
We're supposed to love each other, not chop each others heads off...

I'm praying as well, believe it or not there's something, and I don't know what, that's making my stomach cringe every time I come here...and it has to be changed. I also pray, not just for america, but canada as well, an election's coming up and I don't know what will be the outcome of it.
Leaders, please be strong and continue to do good. Don't give into temptation to be, how you say, "bigger then thou", not to say that you are, just giving you a heads up from me...and from God.
With prayers ^/\^ and God bless.

Is there some giant emergency on CAA I don't know about? If not...I can't say I am aware of what your talking about. Then again, I rarely see you around the boards. As for your view on American Politics, I agree we should pray for leadership. But this line confuses me...
I will leave here (the site) or america if either of these two problems persist
Um...according to your bio, your unemployed. I hope you have a good bank account to fund moving to another country. As far as CAA goes, if you choose to leave, thats your call. But if your having a problem with someone, you may want to PM the staff in some form or another. Rather then making vague sweeping comments.

You make a good point, Ark, but the reason why I made it so vaugue was to protect some members from being pointed at. I didn't want to come on saying "Look at this man! Condem him!" And, as I said, I do not want to start discord or seperation in this web community. I want things to be resolved, and to have this site become more Christ oriented, instead of it becomeing a place for people to be hurt, and non-christians to get the wrong idea about christianity. If a non-christian comes to this site and sees two brothers in Christ fighting over sports, or over politics, both of there witnessess are hurt, and the non-christian will become more aprehensive toward God. And I have seen that alot on this site. That is the reason why I was asking for prayer.
Thank you all for your prayers.

Don't be too hard on him, Ark. I see what he means, it's not a single thing, it's many piling up. Unemployed means little, I'm "unemployed" at the moment, doesn't mean I'm broke. My great great great great grandfather came here when he was 17 with nothing. There were no records of him where he came from, he wasn't even important enough to warrant a birth certificate. He stowed away on a ship to make it here, worked for his passage when he was discovered. When he reached these shores, he struck out inland, and came to this place, not all that far from where I sit today. He married an indian girl, built a strong house, and was murdered in it before his second child was born, my great great great grandfather. He fought for everything he ever had and he lived well.
Wilson, some fights must be fought. Would you truly walk away so easily from everything we have built? I don't think you will. I don't know what's going on in this forum, other than the **** flood I rode in on, but I do know what's happening to this country and the world. So do many, many others, you are by far not alone. So don't quit just yet, eh?

We can leave when we feel the need.
Agreed, Wilson. I will be praying.

I love your heart, Wilson.
Matthew 13:24-30
Jesus presented another parable to them, saying, "The kingdom of heaven may be compared to a man who sowed good seed in his field.
"But while his men were sleeping, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went away.
"But when the wheat sprouted and bore grain, then the tares became evident also.
"The slaves of the landowner came and said to him, 'Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?'
"And he said to them, 'An enemy has done this!' The slaves said to him, 'Do you want us, then, to go and gather them up?'
"But he said, 'No; for while you are gathering up the tares, you may uproot the wheat with them.
'Allow both to grow together until the harvest; and in the time of the harvest I will say to the reapers, "First gather up the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them up; but gather the wheat into my barn."'"
