Apostolic Visitation

The Apostolilc Visitation of Mt. Angel begins today. Five representatives of the Holy See will be interviewing nearly 200 seminarians and faculty on issues concerning priestly formation. I'm not really worried about this at all, but many people view this as some sort of intrusion (despite the fact that it was the U.S. cardinals and then later the bishops that asked for it). Others are disturbed by rumors that they have asked innappropriate questions at other seminaries. I ask for prayers for the representatives who will be very busy this week, and that there will be no misunderstandings.
