I ask for prayer...

... for my dead spirit, that I will finally accept His will and voice, and thirst for him.
... that I shall seek only his wisdom.
... that my mind be cleansed.
... and that I will become what my heart of hearts wants to be.
Lord, forgive me for all my arrogance, self-delusion, and lust.
Give peace to my shifting mind and solace to my pained heart.
Oh Father, may I not back away from your glory, and forbid Lucifer from dwelling amongst my thoughts.
I pray for those who loved me, that now love me, and shall love me. i pray for those who have hated me.
Glory to the Lord on high.
Give grace to the Creator of the world.
In your name I send my prayers,
Amen.

I will be praying. Just remember that it's normal to have dry times. The important thing is that you're trying to get closer to God again.

Oh yes! The Bible says that all heaven rejoices when the backslid return to faith.
I'm going to pray that G-d'll help you and guide you, and completely cleanse you.
I'm so happy! And G-d is too! ^^
REVIVAL!!

What your asking for is a very good thing matie; keep at it, and God will give it to you in abundance.
Matthew 7: 7-11
7"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.
9"Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? 10Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? 11If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!

L-Axe you have come before the Lord and poured out your heart. Bless you for that. May the Lod continue the good work that he has started in you. May His face shine on you and give you peace. May the grace ( Gods Riches And Continuing Enablement) of god be on you more and more to have the desire and ability to follow after our captain Jesus.
May the Word of God and The Spirit of God abound in your life.

Woah, that was an honest prayer Lochaber Axe! Beautiful and heartful. Remember even faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains, (I always try to remember that when I'm depressed). I'll be praying for you mate! God Bless!

I think its kinda like how when the Torah was being written/copied, the scribes would leave out the verbs of the name of God; This was because they revered the name so much that they wouldn't spell it out completely

i have just recently gotten out of the spiritual waste land, so i can identify with this prayer. Goodness know i have prayed it more times then i can count! i will be praying that God will light the fire in your heart again, as the song goes. Peace be to you.
'i stand to praise you
but i fall on my knees
my spirit is willing
but my flesh is so weak
{chorus}so light the fire
in my soul(in my weary soul)
fan the flame
make me whole(make my spirit whole)
Lord you know where i've been
so light the fire in my heart again
i feel your arms around me
as the power of your healing begins
your spirit moves right through me
like a mighty rushing wind
{chorus}
