CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

Hey there,


As you may or may not know, my sister Photosoph has a long-term illness called CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). I often find it hard to really define the illness because the name itself can be misleading ("so they're chronically tired. Hey, I'm not getting enough sleep and I'm tired a lot of the time too! Do you think I might have it too?" ---- thats more or less the sort of reaction I have seen before. (-_-;) ).

Anyhow, the CFS is an ongoing problem but Soph's been holding up and doing pretty well. Unfortunately, for some reason she's developed very sore hands which tire easily. That's a bit of a problem since because of her illness she's at home quite a lot of the time and all her outlets are pretty much to do with her hands. She's an artist, writer, pianist.... all of which she needs her hands for. She hasn't been able to get on CAA much either because of it.

So, in a nutshell... could you spare a quick prayer asking God to heal her hands so that she can do all these things?

God has brought us through worse than this, and we know we can trust Him. This is just a bit of an issue at the moment and all prayer would be appreciated.

My pastors wife has CFS. With her, she's fine about half the time but then she gets these spells wherever she can't do anything because she's so tired and basically has to stay in bed for a few days. I think she has also had problems like this with her hands, so I understand what Photosoph is going through-- it completely stinks. I will definitely pray for her!

Awww poor photosoph!!

I've had CF and understand completely how it is...took about a year to recover it..I'll pray for her!! Let her know it'll get better!

Your prayers are really helping. Sophie has felt better again today. It's encouraging, because she'd been going down before but now she's going up again. I absolutely ascribe (sp?) this to God, working in response to your prayers. Thank you again. It really does mean a lot to her, and to me, too.
