Ok the thing is I know I love the Lord more then anything in the world, but I keep on falling...like I do things I should not do, and I use to read the Bible everyday, but for some reason I have gotten out of that habit...and my boss keeps scheduling me on Sundays so I can't go to church on Sundays (I'm quiting that job btw, not just because of that, but I got another job)...I think I just need prayer to get me on my feet again..I know I'm here for a reason, I just don't know what it is yet..
Thanks for taking the time to read my post ^-^

Just keep pushing through it - everyone is guilty of slacking off in the area of personal devotions and Bible study. The trick is to force yourself to read and pray, especially if you don't want to. Even if you just read a few verses because you're so tired - try to glean something to meditate and pray about as you're going to sleep. For whatever reason, taking time aside with God is often a difficult habit to make, and a horribly easy one to break.
God knows your heart, and He knows you want to do what's right. Just keep trying to put Him first. I'll pray for you, and I hope you'll send one up for me too, because I struggle in this area as well.

I struggle with this on a daily basis as well. "Why do I do the things I don't want to do?"
I'll pray for you, surely our Lord will lift you up.

Yep, the Romans 7 syndrome.
It can be a struggle to do it (I relate). But like Gypsy said, try to set aside a time when you can get with God, you and Him. Perhaps you can even pray on your way to work or something like that.
Lifting you up.

I understand. I've had a job since I was 16yrs old and because of it I can only go every so often- only a few times last year. It hate the fact I haven't been in a while. After this semster of school, I'm changing my availability, so if work still want to schedule me on Sundays to make sure it's after church. Although I haven't been in a while, I always make sure to devote plenty of time for Christ.
Sometimes circumstances keep us from attending, but there is always other ways to devote our time to praise God. How I see it is why should Sunday be the only day of worship, why not give God praise everyday?
LIke gypsy said, God knows your heart. Continue to put your faith in Christ and He'll always help pick you up and guide you.
I'll be sure to pray for you.
