im talking to my friend in california by AIM and she says there is a bunch of smoke and ashes outside and stuff from that big fire there, and that it isnt that far away. so pray that it doesnt get her house, or any other houses either.

I've seen the wildfire on TV, it's horrible,
I think somewhere around 6 people were lost too it,
I'll pray for your friend (and California too).

In yesterday's paper, it said something like 13, and they figured it was going to rise after they had searched all the houses.

Man, I'd hate to have the job of searching houses for skeletons of people who died because I couldn't save them...

I guess all we can do is pray and hope for the best :-\

thanks for prayin for this also. did they get those fires mostly out yet? last i heard it was 22 dead and 2200(i think) homes destroyed, but that was a couple days ago. keep prayin for her and the others in california.

The fires seem to be out, finally.

I've never been more happy to hear rain. I used to not like the rain-now I love it. At least when it's raining, the fires are likely to stay out. . .
