Oh man...I'm getting to the brink of being depressed so I think I know what you're feeling.
If you have a hard time opening and reading the Bible, it may help to listen to some audio sermons. That is not a substitute (absolutely not!) but it may help you to get back to the habit of opening and referring to the Bible.

It can be a challenge to really get into the Word, but realizing your need, and hungering and thirsting for it, can often be the first step. Lifting you up.
I would also encourage you to get some kind of easy-to-read devotional or devotional Bible. Of course you need to make sure it lines up with the Word, but something like that can really bring out some good points about Scriptures.

And a verse for all us single folks: Do we have no right to take along a believing wife, as do also the other apostles, the brothers of the Lord, and Cephas? (1 Corinthians 9:5)
