CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

I would like prayer and/or advice on reaching my family.

I've been thinking lately about all the stuff for God I can already do right where I am. It seems like the family is a good place to start. It also seems to be one of the hardest. They see me better than anyone else does; including all the times I lose my temper, or don't do something quite as I should, or am not as loving as I should be, and all that stuff.

I need prayer that everything about me would reflect Christ, 'cause I know everything about me doesn't. And also, just for opportunities to love and reach out to them. I can be pretty hard on myself also, and sometimes think I've failed beyond hope, so also for that.

Hey, it's good to hear that you're reaching out to your family. Oftentimes there are people that can witness to strangers, but they're deathly afraid of their family and close friends. I'll be praying for you, bro. Don't get too hard on yourself. I know you already must know, but it's God that does the saving. I have that problem too, when I want to change someone or want someone to get saved really badly, I tend to take the responsibility on myself. My prayer for you is that the fruits of God would be evident in your life and that you would be a light to your family.
