my friend just found a suicide note from her ex. he hasnt commited suicide yet, but hes thinking about it. hes very suicidal.

Do you know the reason why he's thinking of suicide? It really saddens me to see people really jump the conclusion and think their life is worthless or have no value. If only they could understand how much people really do care for them and that there is more to life then despair; we just have to give life a chance to get better...

no hes not a christian. which is very sad. niether is my friend. er, well, she says she is, but i dont think she actually means it. i think she is just saying it to make me happy. =/

I have a friend who has tried to commit suicide several times before. Ive found that the time when someone is most likely to actually attempt it is when they are actually comming out of a deep depression not while they are already in it.
Its because when someone is In the deepest depths of depression they dont have the drive to do anything, much less suicide but if they seem to suddenly just get better in a short amount of time then you should keep a close eye on them because that is the time when they may have the drive to carry out the act.
