I'm having a horrible day, and anger, frustration and depression are settling in my heart. Will you guys please pray for me?
I tried to get gas this morning, only to find that the gas station doesn't take checks unless you have their credit card. I didn't have cash. When I tried to use my card, I found out that I had insufficient funds. I tried to take cash out of the ATM, only for it to deny my request. I called my bank and they said they don't let you have emergency overdrafts. The gas station wouldn't let me leave my wallet, checkbook and jewelry as collateral just so I could deposit some checks I had and get money. They didn't cash checks. They wouldn't even let me go to my car to get my cell phone. I've isolated myself SO much here that I didn't have anyone to call, and I wound up having to call one of my best friends (my ex boyfriend) and ask him to get off work and come bail me out. God bless his huge heart. I was there for thirty minutes, and the guy who was my cashier was really rude and mean to me, so I started crying.
Then, I get in my car only to find I've lost a $400 check....and I have NO idea where it is. It's from the school, so they're not going to print me another one. I need the money too much...I have $300 in checks floating around out there, waiting to be cashed to pay bills.
All this after yesterday I had my electricity cut off, costing me $250 to have it cut back on.
I'm angry and frustrated, and I feel it settling in my heart, and I know that's a bad thing. That's a quick way to let depression and evil in your heart.
Anyway, will you guys please pray for me?

It's not much, but maybe a hug will help a little bit. I know it's terrible having rotten day(s) like this, but try and keep looking up and reminding yourself of God. And I'll pray that things get better, and that you find your check, soon!
