Bad things

I have a lab report due on Thursday that I haven't started (the experiment is finished, at least :duh:)
On top of that, my convertible top was slashed, and my vehicle registration and the gate control to my home were both stolen. Fortunately, my other valuables were with me at the time and the thie(ves?) didn't have the sense to steal my bokken and shinai (both in the trunk, which I could tell they were able to get inside).
And believe it or not, I'm more worried about the lab report.

Well, the best thing to do is get the lab report done! Just start working on it. I tend to dwell on things that i need to get done, when really I should just work on them!
That's horrible that somebody slashed your convertible! Do you know if there's been a series of crimes like that, or was your case an isolated one? Either way, i hope you get your things back.
I pray that all goes well for you.

Those don't seem like very hot items. Why would some one steal your car registration?
Wait, I figured it out. They stole your gate control and a piece of paper with your address on it. Be careful Ingemar.

Yeah, dude. I hear ya as far as lab reports go. I have a research proposal due this month (ON MY BIRTHDAY OF ALL DAYS!!!) and yeah, they can be tough. Sorry about your car too. I once got my car stolen for joyriding purposes (ON THE NIGHT BEFORE MY 18TH BIRTHDAY!!) and yeah, it wasn't fun at all. Thank the Lord no important papers or information was stolen. You'll get through it. Take it from someone who's been there. *Grin*

You might want to contact the police regarding your gate control and registration, since something bad could happen. I'll pray!
