....guess what.....I just got diagnosed by the doctor...that I ahve pink eye...as well as laryngitus...-_-; I have some medication for it...but this is just gettign ridiculous....I seem to get sick so much....and I don't know why. Just pray for me....k?

maybe you need to have your doctor do bloodwork to see if there might be an underlying problem that's predisposing you to getting sick so much. or try to eliminate some stress from your life.

I agree with Shiroi, you need to relieve some stress in your life and take it easy. I shall pray for you and hope you get well, maybe get some down time and take a rest from the computer.

thanks guys...I got about 3 hours of sleep in for a nap...but I do have a midterm tomorrow night...that I havn't been able to study much for it...;-;

well..instead of making a new thread...I'll just add to this one. I've been going through some emotional stuff. I've been keeping some things buried and last night they all just became unburied. It's personal stuff so I;d rather not say anything specific. But...I'm trying to figure out if this is a test of some kind...or if this is one of those two by fours that God sometimes hits us with. I just need some more prayer. I'm sorry to be taking up so many prayers....

uhm....because what I'm going through has kept me up for a while...and has amde me cry. So I'm trying to determine if it's some test that God is putting me through...or if He's trying to tell me something...and the truth can hurt....that's why.

Don't worry. I don't pay any attention to those quotas.

Also I just wanted to encourage not to really think of it as being whacked by God. I think alot of people wrongly assume that God is up in heaven with some metal bat, and he's just waiting to bash their brains out for their mistakes.

Consider Job. Was God punishing Job? No. It wasn't because of some terrible thing Job had done that such pain came upon him.

Or remember the blind man that Jesus healed. As punishment for whose sin was he blind? Well, it wasn't punishment at all! It was sot hat God could be glorified.

I know that really sounds crappy alot of the time. I have one person in my life who seems to be throwing himself head long into Hell despite the love and prayers of so many Godly family members, and sometimes I just have the most impossible time thinking that there's a reason for this. But there is.

And this pain, too, might not be because God's scowling at you. If you really feel there's some sin that God is having to pull away from you in this painful manner, then you might be right. But then again, it might just be a thorough scrubbing so you'll shine as bright as you can.

Either way, just know that I, God, and everybody here on CAA love you very much! If you ever need a cryin' shoulder or just a friend to talk to, I'd be happy to PM you as would everyone else I'm sure! I'm praying for you.

uhm...I don't think God's jsut waiting to whack me...I meant it by Him bringing something to my atteniton...ya know like you resist something that He wants you to do for long enough eventually He will grab your attention. That sort of thing...

That I totally understand.

well....things are most likely gonna be quite emotional for me for awhile....so I'm gonna need some prayer...and so does Nik. We both are going through stuff...
