My friend, there is nothing more important than the salvation of one soul. I will pray for her.

prayer for salvation, you bet-cha!
I've had many friends growing up that were not christians. It sucks to see some of your close friend reject Christ day and day out. Try the best you can, God cna do some amazing things when we least expect it.
The religion of Taiwan is heavily Buddist. I've talked to a few people, and in that area of the world, many families dear not think of leaving buddism. Many times if one does the family will "dis-own" them (sorta speak). There is tremendous pressure on them to carry on the family legacy, religion included. But I have faith! Seeing that you may be able to help another with salvation is awesome. I've seen and heard of some really amazing stories of salvation in the past. All I know is that anything is possible through Christ. Good luck buddy, and I'll be praying for your friend and her family. Like Wilson has noted, "here is nothing more important than the salvation of one soul."

Will do. I have many non-Christian friends as well. It's tough.

i understand exactly how you feel. last year there was this guy who was in his last year of high school. we [him, me, and my friends] go to tis private christian school, the only thing was that he was gothic [not full gothic, but almost full gothic] he didn't ditch us like most other high school kids would though [i was in 7th grade last year] so it was a bit odd, maybe it was because he liked anime just like me and anotherof my friends. besides the point. we were good friends, never had anything against each other for who we were or what we believed in [spiritually] but now that he is gone, and that i rarely see him any more except on the internet every now and then during his short free time during each day, i don't exactly have the chance to help him to see Christ, now all i can do is pray someone else can, before its too late.

We'd be happy to pray for your friend. I'll pray that God will give you the proper words to communicate and that he would use that words beautifully.

i will pray and remember James 1:5
If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him.

Definitely i shall pray for her, but i think that mostly i shall pray for you. the hard part about telling others about God's Gift, Jesus, is that half the time, they reject Him; and for me, that's always the hardest part.... to do all you can, and still fail. not that i'm saying that she won't come to Christ, but that's the hardest of all.
May God use you in a way that reflects His Glory upon this girl.

Lord, I pray for our brother that you would empower him by Your Spirit to preach Your good news. Also, Lord, work in the heart of this girl. I pray that she would respond to Your love for her.

i will pray for her. i feel so horrible right now, when i hear this. my BEST friend is from japan. her father was transfered to my small canadian town a couple years ago by his business. so their whole family moved here. i just met her last year and we instantly became awsome friends. she left to go back to japan this year(her father was transfered back to nagoya)and i never witnessed to her. God gave me one PERFECT oppourtunaty once, and i didn't take it because of fear. please pray for her as well, that she would meet a strong christian friend in nagoya who'll lead her to Christ and do what i was too scared to.
