why is it that you could get your dream if something sold and it should have sold, long long ago, but it hasnt and no one you know has a clue why not. you see other things like it go in a couple days, ones more expensive or worse quality then your item. but it just wont sell. and if you sold it and bought a replacement for it you would know exactly what to ask for christmas (parts to fix it up) but it hasnt and it seems like it wont. and now its probably to late to have anything gotten for it even if sells and you buy it. and what you would buy if it sold would be one of your dreams since you were about 15.
i have given it up to God.
i have prayed about it.
i have completely stopped thinking about it.
and now im just plain frustrated.....
why would something not happen when every stinking person you meet says it should? am i obsessing? is there something i should do? i need help its making me mad and really frustrated....

If you truely gave it up to God and forgot about it, it would really bothering you. I'm not sure what exactly you are trying to say because you make no sense and your sentences don't really follow.
why would something not happen when every stinking person you meet says it should? am i obsessing? is there something i should do?
I have no idea what you are obessing about...
Something break and you can't fix it: your heart, a car a bike? Anyways I will pray that God helps comfort you, whatever it is your frustrated about. Sorry i wasn't much help, but it's hard to give advice when you have no idea what to give it on. I'll will pray.

Forgive my bluntness, because I really have no idea what item you're talking about. However, I feel compelled to remind you that God is not Santa Claus. He doesn't give us everything we want, just because we want it. Perhaps this thing you want is not something that would edify you or contribute to your spiritual growth in any way. Or perhaps it's just not the time for you to have it.
i have completely stopped thinking about it.
It seems you haven't.
I know it's difficult, but when you truly give something to God, you don't keep taking it back over and over again. You let it go and trust that He's got everything under control.
He knows your needs (and desires). Trust Him, and release this thing to His care. If He wants you to have it, it will come.

i wasnt very clear sorry i just was in a hurry before school. first it is my 1960 thunderbird. i had stopped caring about it and gave it up. but recently a guy had said "yeah ill buy it sight unseeing " he offered lower then what we are asking but we accepted. the guy said he would come with the money and to get the car ready, well i was excited a bit and when i had looked in the auto rv for the first time in a couple months guess what i see, one of my dream cars (it was a 1966 pontiac gto convertible that was a tripower) for $3,000 less then what i wanted for the thunderbird! well to say the reason im frustrated again with it the guy never showed up and after we had gotten it ready and gotten all the spare/extra parts and stuff ready. several other incidents like this. it gets tiring and old. and no i am not thinking of God as a santa claus, it seems he is stopping it or something, because every single car guy i have talked to has said it should have sold in the first 2 weeks and and it has been almost a year and a half of having it constantly up for sale in the papers. the other thing that discourages me is i saw a thunderbird of the same body style in that auto rv and then next week it was sold. less quality about the same price. i am not expecting God to give this to me i just want to know why it wont be gotten rid of?

ohh... I see. Perhaps you think about lowering the price. I'm not saying you have to, but if you really want to get rid of it that may be something to consider. Machines are a bit weird like that, for example I bought my car for $341 (after title transfer) at a car auction, but people sell the same exact car for about 1500 in the paper. I'm not sure why it isn't selling, but I would suggest perhaps it's the price, regardless if the other person sold his car and you didn't. Also, perhaps it may be where you live.... Maybe the buyer lived in the city or closer to the seller than you. Who knows, it may be a variable of things. We had a really old car in the papers for about 5months straight before selling it. Well, good luck man. I'll pray.

Oh, I think I understand. You've made an agreement to sell something and you have something you'd like to do with the money, but the guy hasn't come through on his end. Since he is delaying in paying you, you may miss your opportunity to buy the other car. I don't know if that makes it clearer or not, but I agree - it is quite annoying when someone makes an agreement and then doesn't follow through.

I will pray that God gives you peace and patience and His will is done according to His timing. I'm sure it can get frustrating, I'll pray that God gives you strength and comfort.
