I went to my aids doctor on Tue and every is fine, but my blood pressure is high again. Also give a high reading the last time I was there a few months back. So, they are a bit worried and as of late, my head is starting to hurt bad.

I mostly don't ask help, because since I'm still here and that I feel selfish if asking for any help and like to give pary then get it.

I'm going through a bad time right now with some problems that are popping up around me as well as having high blood pressure.

I just ask for a pray that I will get over this.

ill pray for you bro... have you tried doing anything to lower high blood pressure like walking 30 mins or so a day or is it medically a problem are you sure it cant be just nervousness of being in the office cuz i had high blood pressure when i went to MEPS but i guess they figured it was just nervousness and accepted me but then come to find that high blood pressure is in my family

I have a anxiety problem. I fear that if I do something on my own at times, I will fail. I'm some what shy because of this due to my anxiety problem. Its funny, I can talk to women and do talk to people at collge easy, but put me in a room with alot of people and I will start to have anxiety problems and will not talk. My family history has had alot of people with high blood pressure and I was hope that I wouldn't have to take med for it. Which could be a problem, because I'm on heart med and other med to keep aids in my body low and there are some meds that you can't mix with those.

Right now, its a wait and see for now.
