It appears that this subject of purity is one that has come up a lot lately. It is definately something that we all NEED to maintain, in our computer time, in our thoughts during the day, and in our jokes.
My Christian school, which I attend, just had a "purity and holiness day" for the middle schoolers today.
Please pray that they would take the things that they heard today and APPLY them.
Our Christian walk needs purity it needs it badly.
Also, this coming Monday, the entire highschool will be having our Purity Day. We will be going to the church, which our school is affiliated with, to hear many similar things as the middle schoolers heard today. We will have several seminar-ish things to attend and listen to about purity. Then there will be separate guys only and girls only sessions.
Please pray for us. Purity is such a difficult thing for young people to maintain these days, and if we can reverse the downward spirals in some students' lives through this Purity Day, that will be so awesome. We've been praying for these days make major changes in some lives.
Also, I think we all need to be praying for the youth around us and for our nation. You all know how bad it's getting. I tried to watch some Olympics and some action/mystery shows on TV tonight with my parents, I lost count of how many advertisements used lust and sex in their commercializing. Please pray for your Christian friends around you. You don't know who may be struggling. I've found out in the past few months that many of my friends, whom I would never've suspected, have or still do struggle majorly with pornography and some related issues.

I think that's something that we can all use prayer for, regardless of age. The Bible tells us in Hebrews 12 to throw off every weight and the sin that so easily ensnares us, and run with endurance the race before us, looking to Jesus. May we all learn to do this more, be it with sexual purity or whatever would weigh us down in our walk with the Lord.

I will pray for the purity day to be affective on all the teens and that they wil learne somthing on purity.

Is it so they won't get any ideas about their neighbor or something like that?

And yes, I'm praying. If one can't control their hormones well it can be fatal...
