Need some prayer

Postby Inferno » Sat Dec 31, 2005 10:41 am

Ok this is kind of a double prayer request. My grandma has Alzheimer’s disease and has been downgrading in health for a while now and she's at the point where she can barely remember who I am. It's really sad to see my grandmother like this.

My stepgranddad is declining in health as well and he has been a real blessing to our family, you see my granddad died beofre i was born. And ever since my grandma got re-marriedhe has been declining.

Now Edward, my grandmother husband, has been just filled to the brim with responsibilities eversince Grandma was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. And now that he's ill he hasn't been able to take care of her as well as he used to.

Just pray that he will get well again, and that my grandmother thill die a peacefull death. They are both strong Christians so thank God for that.
Thank you for praying

I understand. I'll be praying for them both. It is indeed a wonderful relief, however, that they are strong Christians, as they are well-prepared for the journey home.

Lifted one for the situation.
Theme Scripture: Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage. (Galatians 5:1)

And a verse for all us single folks: Do we have no right to take along a believing wife, as do also the other apostles, the brothers of the Lord, and Cephas? (1 Corinthians 9:5)

 Looking for a GOOD music mix? Check out these stations:
Grey FM Heartland -- a mix of Country and Contemporary Christian music (Listen Now!)
Grey FM Downtown -- a mix of mainstream and Christian pop and rock music (Listen Now!)

More real stuff...
