friendships

Some of my friendships are deterioating....namely a few that a couple of motnhs ago were my best friends. I have no idea why they are but they are on both sides. It's getting really depressing.

Been there. Done that. It hurts.

I'm so sorry. Have you tried talking to the people involved? Sometimes there are festering pains that you might not know about that need to be addressed. If I were you, I'd try to find sometime to talk to your friends.

Either way, I'll be praying for you.
Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. In the deserts of Uganda, they are forced to witness the mindless slaughter of other children until they themselves can do nothing but kill. Kill. These children, generally ranging from ages 5-12, are brainwashed into murdering in the name of the resistance and into stealing other children from their beds to suffer the same fate.

Because of this genocide of innocence, hundred and hundreds of children live every night sleeping in public places miles from their homes, because they know that if the do not-- they will disappear. They will become just another number in this genocide to which the international community has chosen to turn a blind eye. They will become, in affect, invisible-- Invisible Children.

But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. For more information concerning how you can help and how you can get an incredible video about this horrific reality, visit the Invisible Children home page.

Like you and Mangafanatic I've had that happen too... Sometimes as we get older some of our bonds grow apart. To be honest, it happens to many of our friends. We all grow up and move on. Sometimes meet other friends and hang out w/ our old ones less and less. But, there are always a few that will remain close... those are the most special friends we can get. I would rather have a few close firends then a lot of average joe friends. There are some people I considered really close in the past that now, well, we aren't. It happens.

I would also like to echo what Mangafanatic said... have you tried talking to them about it?

Anyways, I keep you in my prayers bud, good luck. Take care.

This has happened to me as well. It's really hard, but like Mangafanatic and agasfas said, it's best to talk to them. That's worked for me in the past. I hope things work out, and I will be sure to pray for you and your friends.

I'll pray for you, having friends is hard -_- but worth the effort, and sometimes there's just nothing you can do.

• Sleep too much, or sleep too little
• Unexpected loss or gain of weight
• Tiredness or restlessness

• Inability to concentrate and poor memory
• Loss of motivation
• Feelings of hopelessness

I'll pray for you, Hitokiri that either the current friendships are restored or strengthened....Or you move on and make new ones while keeping current ones in decent terms. Don't worry, eitherways, God knows what's going on and will allow the best to happen.
