please pray for my family & I

Postby SorasOathkeeper » Tue Sep 14, 2004 10:46 pm

Ok i live in CA & a couple of weeks ago my family went to visit some friends in Washington and we fell in love with the place, & even my sister & her husband found a house, got a job, & are moving there Friday. Now tell me that was not God's plain. Any how we want to move there too the problem is that my Dad has been working at his job for like 20 some odd years and if he quits now he will lose his retirement money. He can retire in 3 years 7 months *trust me were counting down the days* Now that would nod be a problem, but my dad's boss is Sauron himself & he works at mordor *were big LOTR fans* But real the people at my dad's work treat everyone so bad, they don't care about there employee’s at all. Sorry for rambling on, but there is one way that we can move up there, & thats only if a job opening at the company up there opens up, so if u could, could you pray that one will open up. I would greatly appreciate it thank you.

God, please open up a door and an opportunity for Soras and her family.
You are in control of the situation, and You have a plan for their lives as well as mine. I have been blessed by Your mercy, and I pray that You would bless them also. She has seen You working Your divine plan, and I pray that Soras would be emboldened in the faith as well. God, place your hand upon this family and be with them.
Amen.

God Bless you and your family.

Ok first off I would like to thank all of you who have been praying for my family and I. Well my sister and her husbend made it up to WA today, it is a two day drive from where we live, and they left Friday. I would just like to ask for more prayer, it has been hard for us to see her leave, but i don't know why but at night it has been realy hard for me, I was fine last night, but tonight it is realy hard. I don't know if is the fact that i know there up there or what, but i wan't to move up there so bad, and i know that it is in God's hands, but i don't want to live hear anymore. CA has turned into a dump and i hate it. Now i am not predigest *think thats how u spell it* at all, but i hate the fact that when you go to the store for somthing and look at the sign to see what row it is on you haft to look at it for 20 minutes trying to figure out witch one is English. I'm sorry to rant on like this, but again please pray that a job will open up there soon, & that i have peace. Thank you.

I'll keep praying for you! :)
*hugs* California's not a dump, it's just largely populated by the Hispanic peoples who moved from Mexico in the hope of a better lifestyle. Therefore everything is in Spanish. ^_^ Unfortunately, they sometimes are exploited and paid very low wages as gardeners, construction workers, etc. :( I should pray for those in that situation, too. I used to live in California, and I love it very much despite its being very run-down in some areas (like the one I used to live in ^^) and mostly comprised of gays and liberals who stop the spreading of the gospel and the institution of what is right, intentionally or unintentionally. (that was an unnecessary tidbit ._. I can't help myself. ^^;;)
But I understand your desire to live in Washington. ^^
Remember, although I desire that you get what you so passionately want, that God's will and purpose for your life may include staying where you are, even if only for a little while. God can use in wonderful ways right in the place you are currently standing! (or sitting, heh  *not funny to anyone else*)

I pray that God fufills the desires of your heart and works things out for the better!
Remember, God works for the good of those who love him! :)
God bless and take care. ^____^ *hugs*
