I am having some blood pressure issues. Sometimes my high number is 140something. I am going back to the doctor in a couple weeks to confirm if there is a medical issue of a circumstantial issue (like I was figuring out how to cover my meds without insurance this month). I have not gone to sleep yet tonight because I went to bed too late, and had late nights much of this year. I read that lack of sleep increases chances of having high blood pressure. I'm also not fond of the seemingly-randomly slightly-increased pulserate I sometimes have. Generally, I'm a little worred about this. I need peace as well as a healthier cardiovascular system, and I suppose to be better equipped in dealing with that.
On a related note, I'm applying for some prescription assistance from a couple drug companies. I just want to make sure it goes through ok, and I can't finish the application or talk to the lady in charge of those until the 5th.
