My Boss and his family

Many of you are probably not aware of this, but I currently work at a small deli in California. I have done so for a little over three years, now.

My boss Jerry and I are good friends and we are both saved (Praise God! ^^). Business is good for him, as he has recently opened up another deli around the same area!

Now, Jerry and his dad (who just recently converted, praise God for that, too!) are the only two believers of his family. Even his 19 year old son and a (soon-to-be) 16 year old daughter are not saved, sadly enough...

He has been divorced for a long time now, I believe for reasons of his faith. Thankfully, he has been dependent on the Lord and has patiently tried to spread the Word to his family, ever since. His father is now saved, so I thank God, for clearly he is doing good works in them.

But, I suppose that my request is that you pray for his family - especially, his son and daughter: That in time, may the grace of God come to them and that their hearts, eyes, and minds may be opened and focused on Christ.

I pray for this mans children. Lord that they may come to you and you would draw them to your self. Father, I also pray that this man will be able to draw more to you and learn your love. Father we know that you are in control,

Dear Jesus,

I agree in prayer for Jerry's family. Please help him to continue to minister to his family not only in words, but by his actions like the gentleman said, "Preach the gospel at all times, when necessary use words.".

And help me to live that too. In your name we pray,
