My purse is lost.

Well, today my purse went missing. I had some money in it that I really could use. Please pray that I'll get it back.

alrighty I shall pray for ya... I know I lost my purse once and I had just saved up enough money for something I really wanted... that kind of sucked cuz I never did find it >< ..well I figure God had a plan in that and maybe someone found it that really needed the money.. Everything that happens, happens for a purpose in the great plan. ^^

You know I'm praying for you Shiroi. :hug:

You will get your purse back, God-willing, or He might have something in mind for you to replace it. Have faith in Him, you will not be disappointed. :thumb:

Also...I'm pretty worried about identity theft. My driver's license was in there. It's going to take a long time to get it replaced, because Oklahoma law requires a birth certificate to replace lost licenses if you're 21-26 years old.

Well...that'd be okay if I had my freaking birth certificate. It was lost a long time ago. I have to get it mailed in from California before I can get another license. I just really want this whole process to get completed as soon as possible. Please pray.

I don't think I'll ever keep my DL or anything else important in my purse again after this.

Aw, I'm sorry, ShiHi! :( I'll pray for you.
Be Thou my Vision, O Lord of my heart;
Naught be all else to me, save that Thou art
Thou my best Thought, by day or by night,
Waking or sleeping, Thy presence my light.

Be Thou my Wisdom, and Thou my true Word;
I ever with Thee and Thou with me, Lord;
Thou my great Father, I Thy true son;
Thou in me dwelling, and I with Thee one.

Be Thou my battle Shield, Sword for the fight;
Be Thou my Dignity, Thou my Delight;
Thou my soul’s Shelter, Thou my high Tower:
Raise Thou me heavenward, O Power of my power.

Riches I heed not, nor man’s empty praise,
Thou mine Inheritance, now and always:
Thou and Thou only, first in my heart,
High King of Heaven, my Treasure Thou art.

High King of Heaven, my victory won,
May I reach Heaven’s joys, O bright Heaven’s Sun!
Heart of my own heart, whatever befall,
Still be my Vision, O Ruler of all.

I don't know if this is the same in your state. In CA, if you are pulled over and have a license but it is not on you, the police can still look you up and verify that you have a licence. I learned this from someone I knew at school one day when I found I had left my wallet at home and was worried about it being illegal to drive. If you are worried about being able to drive, you might contact your local DMV or police and inquire about this.

Unless you have a state ID, it would still be hard to write checks. Do you have an ATM card or was that there too?

Anyways, praying for you.

Do you have any idea where the purse was lost? Was it a big public place or a smaller place?
