Situation involving my parents.Help
Guys it's Christmas,and a fight broke out between my mom,and dad.I don't know what happened that my dad threw water to my mom out of a cup he had,and I stood up,and yelled at him not to treat my mom that way.He grabbed a knife,and threatened me.Guys,I don't know what to do.Please help.What should I do?

I'll be praying, but did he threaten to kill you? That's really serious. Nowadays, threats shouldn't be taken lightly at all.
Sorry, it's just that I've heard about death threats on the news, a friend of ours was threatened, my brother was threatened on a message board (even though it was most likely said in jest)...yeah. These are the sorts of things that you shouldn't take lightly.

1) Pray... best thing in the world
2) Well if your dad keeps getting mad...Keep praying..
3) If you are really scared then do you have any best buds with good parents?... consider getting your butt over their place if at all possible.. and no they won't mind cuz its CHRISTMAS!!! doesn't matter if they have ppl over... if not then a pastor etc... at worst there is always 911..yes i am serious.. i mean he used a knife..
just a lil scary(sarcastic tone) so I'll keep praying for you...

Well,he did point the knife at me,and got close as if he wanted to.I haven't felt that way in a while.I really though something was going to happened.After a few hour he apologized.I forgive him,but I don't see my dad the same way.I'll be on my guard from now on.Please don't leave this one out of your prayers.

I'll be praying for you, but I think you should try and talk to your dad. What he did definitely wasn't right, but he did apologize, ne? That's gotta mean something. Yes I wouldn't get alone with him, but you can't just avoid him and say nothing either. That might result in something worse later on.
