Hi everyone...I recently found out that i have scoliosis. This is the curvature of the spine. I have two curves, in the lumbar(lower) part of my spine. The first is only about 12 degrees so it isnt so serious... the seccond is 25 degrees, which is mildly dangerous. In the 20-40 degree range,thats kind of medium bad... im very nervous. I really dont want to wear a brace but i would rather do that than get surgery!! (surgery is only nessecary past the 40 degree range). I have a doctors appointment next friday and i would really appreicate your prayers..i want to avoid a brace at all costs but im afriad it might be nessecary.

I have scoliosis too, but not at the range you're in. I'll be praying. Yes, a brace isn't much fun, but it sure will pay off better than surgery.

I *had* scoliosis (I saw "had" because it seems to be like, gone in a sense) but only a mild case. I did a bit of physiotherapy and *shrugs* it hasn't been like what it used to. God does amazing things, so who knows in my case? I know He can do the impossible^^ Praying for you...
