Feel what God feels…
Prayer with hunger and Passion…
Put your self in the position of those that were abused, try to imagine the pain that they’re feeling, the disappointment and the discouragement and then go before God knowing that his capacity to hurt is greater than ours…
Try to imagine the pain that God feels for the molested and the raped, the hunger in the Fathers heart for people to be delivered from the paths of hell. Consider with God how unfair this world has been to them:
There are many little boys and girls that have been raped who are now growing up harboring resentment and anger, confusion and has a crushed self-esteem. They joined the gang because they were just looking for acceptance. They also wanted to be with people that knew how it felt to be rejected and abused by someone that should have protected and loved them; they needed someone that they could relate to and an encouraging person wasn’t there. But then he or she got in trouble with the law and ended up in jail where they are continually abused by inmates and even certain officers, some every day... They end up in ‘lock-down’ for their behavior, but they just didn’t want anyone to take advantage of them again, that’s why they fought, and now they feel an even stronger sense of powerlessness and inferiority. As they lay there in that cold steel box all the memories of abuse when they were younger, all the molestation and rape they experienced seems to have happened all over because again, they were unable to stop an opposing force from holding them down… All the demons that were transferred during abuse play with the wounds in their soul reminding them continually of the pain (bringing back feelings of fear, confusion, weakness, lies, carelessness and suicide).
The struggle
Many of these people full of mixed feelings because they’re angry with the father that abused them, but they still want their daddy…
Even the angels always behold the face of Jesus’ heavenly Father -Matt 18:10, so it’s important that the children are able to look into their fathers face. “They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamedâ€
