Iraq: Jalal Talabani is the president; Nouri al-Maliki is the prime minister.



Iran: Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is the president.



Syria: Bashar al-Assad is the President.

Jordan: Abdullah II bin al-Hussein is King of Jordan.

Saudi Arabia: Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz al-Saud is the king . Abdullah also serves as Prime Minister.

Kuwait: The Amir is the "Head of the State"; HH Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah is the present Amir of Kuwait.

Afghanistan: Hamid Karzai is president.

Turkey: Ahmet Necdet Sezer is the president.

Lebanon: Émile Geamil Lahoud is the president.

Israel: Ehud Olmert is the prime minister.

Angel37, I know your intentions in starting this thread are good, but unfortunately, threads like these tend to be on the political side of the spectrum. As a result, I'm closing the thread for further discussion, but those who feel led to pray may still do so.
